We process all orders within 24-48 hours of purchase, ensuring you get your products as soon as possible. You will receive your purchase within 5-8 business days within Australia from the shipping date. Express shipping within Australia takes 4-5 days.

Standard International shipping is delivered usually within 10-16 business days. Express international shipping can take 6-8 days.

Please note: for international orders any customs, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not have control over customs duties or taxes imposed by other countries. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are based on the value of the items imported.

Every item is thoroughly checked for quality and packed carefully before being sent out. A video of the package being opened must be presented in order to claim damage; otherwise, we are unable to accept returns for hygienic reasons.
